UPDATE Feb. 3 - Drawing winner was Amy G. Congrats! Your SAB item will be mailed to you!
I love these two SU! colors so much that I took pieces of the cardstock to Sherwin Williams and asked if they could match them. "Sure!" they said. I think they did a great job. Look closely at the first picture in the corner above the lamp. Do you see them? A piece of each color of CS is taped to each wall. Pretty good match, huh?
Next step, Décor Elements!
Take a look at the Décor Elements brochure HERE and tell me which ones you think would look good in this room. Leave a comment with your thoughts and you'll be entered into a drawing for a FREE SAB stamp set, ribbon or paper pack - your choice!
Enjoy and have fun!
These colors are fabulous Donna! I'll have to remember that when I get to paint. Thanks so much for sharing...can't wait to see the see what you do with the Decor Elements!

Oh, I like the way you painted it!! We are looking at using similar colors for our living room. I think which Decor Element you use depends on your own tastes, but I like the Tree Thoughts & Prayer and the different flourishes. They're all so great!

They did a wonderful job matching the colors. You have been busy. I like the Life milestones saying and think it would look nice on your wall. The tree is beautiful too.

The colors look great together. I really like the Life Milestone element. Also, you could do something like the book shows with the word happiness and make a frame out of it. I think that would look really nice with the colors in the room. Can't wait to see what you do!

Great idea and I love the colors! I, too, am a fan of the Tree, Thoughts, and Prayer, and Life Milestones. I, also, like the idea of creating a border (slightly higher than a chair rail height) either on the really rust wall or on the two creamy caramel walls by applying horizontally the Wonderful Leaves, or a combination of Wonderful Leaves and Wonderful Flowers, or Flowing Flowers (appliqué or stencil). Then, midway between the border and ceiling and off-centered, put the word Happiness or Family (or some other word created with the Classic A-Z letters) inside the Flourish Frame and hang pictures off to the side of the framed word. Then, either leave the other wall without any Décor Elements or continue with the border or just use a focal piece. No matter what you do, I’m sure it will look fabulous!

Hi Donna,
After being at your house this past Sun. and seeing the colors of your living room up close and personal I think the Wild About You decor set would look fantastic! The color scheme just goes so well together and Stefanie H. agrees with me!! LOL
Okay, on a more serious note.....I think the Tree and Life Milestones on page 8 and also any of the word sayings on page 18 would be a good fit in your living room. The colors you chose for that room gives it a modern and sophisticated feel and the words would just complete the look. I also know how much you like your stamps with word sayings so this would be a good fit for you!!
Whatever you choose I know it'll look great!! Have fun.
