Well, I finally got around to making a card using the Christmas Collage Background stamp from the Holiday Mini Catalog. I simply HAD to have it, and then I didn't know what to do with it! This morning I was in the mood to play, so after viewing some samples done by other demonstrators, I played around a bit, tweaked it here and there and finally came up with a version I was pleased to call my own. I hope you like it! Doing the vintage look is a stretch for me, but it felt good to go outside of my comfort zone.
Stamps: Christmas Collage, Many Merry Messages. Cardstock: Cherry Cobbler, Whisper White. Inks: Always Artichoke, Versamark, Cherry Cobbler Marker. Accessories: Cherry Cobbler Seam Binding (Holiday Mini Catalog), Gold Embossing Powder, , Stampin' Up! Heat Tool, 1 3/8" circle punch; Gold Smooch Spritz, Stampin' Dimensionals, glue dots.
It's very vintage and pretty. It reminds of Christmases past with my grandparents.
