All-Day Crop Saturday, March 26 - St. Luke's Church in Temperance

Hello stampers and scrappers!  Here's another chance to work on your scrapbooks and/or cards.  I have done this event for several years and it is always a great crop!  It's a fundraiser for the St. Luke's Lutheran Church Women's Retreaters - a great group of ladies!  As always, I will have at least one free make & take at my booth.  I hope you can join us for a day full of scrappin', stampin', fellowship, food and prizes.

Hours:  9 AM - 9 PM

Cost:  $35.00  (Includes cont. breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, beverages, door prizes)

Framed Tulips Embossing Folder Sample

I just love the Framed Tulips Embossing Folder in the Occasions Mini Catalog.  Embossing folders are a great way to add pizzazz to a card without using actual embellishments.

Here's a card I made last week but couldn't post until today because we were out of power from the ice storm:

The bird stamp is from the Friends 24/7 stamp set in the big Idea Book & Catalog.

Colors are Sahara Sand, Not Quite Navy and Basic Black.

All-Day Crop in Lambertville This Saturday - Still Time to Register

There's still room at the all-day crop this Saturday at Lambertville United Methodist Church at the corner of Dean & Douglas.  It's a Mardi Gras party!  Cost is $35.  Hours:  9 am - midnight.  Come join the fun!

Gumball Machine & Cupcake Card

Isn't this just the cutest thing?  My lucky club members got to make this card today!  I got the inspiration from another demo named Mercedes Weber.  You can check out her original card here.  I had to make a few changes, mainly because my gel pen wouldn't work :-(, but I was very pleased with the way this turned out, and my club members LOVED it!

 

The Cupcake Punch Occasions Mini Catalog was used for the cupcake (obviously) and also for the bottom of the gumball machine.   The Happy Birthday stamp is from the "Bring on the Cake" stamp set, also in the Occasions Mini Catalog.  That stamp set, which has 13 stamps is an absolute must-have, along with the Cupcake Punch.
