The card I posted the other day looked a little more "Easter-y" than "Christmas-y," so I decided to change the ink and ribbon to Rich Razzleberry. I think this card looks more Christmas-y now.
And now, here's a cute little snowman card. This card uses the "Merry Winter" stamp set.
Stamp set: Merry Winter. Colors: Real Red, Whisper White, Wild Wasabi. Accessories: Silver Glimmer Paper, 1" circle punch, 1 1/4" circle punch, Real Red 1/4" Grosgrain Ribbon, Snowburst embossing folder (Holiday Mini Catalog).
Both of these cards demonstrate that just a little bit of Silver Glimmer paper goes a long way in dressing up a card.

Let earth receive her King! One of my favorite Christmas carols is Joy to the World, which might explain why I love this stamp set so much. The Sounding Joy is available in our Holiday Mini Catalog, page 23.

Here are the cards we'll be making at my "Quick & Simple Christmas Cards" class this Saturday, November 19, from 1-4 pm. Maybe you need a few hand-made Christmas cards for those special people in your life, or maybe you need some sample cards to have on hand for inspiration. Either way, pick the cards you like and make as many as you want for just $1.00 each! Quantities of each style are limited (although I have quite a lot). Envelopes are not included at this low price, so let me know at the class if you need to order some envelopes.
RSVP by Thursday, November 17 (why not do it now while you're thinking about it?) Prepayment not required. Pay at the class for the cards you make.

Well, the minute this idea popped into my head, I had to give it a try. It may be a stretch to use the oak leaf for a tree, but I was very pleased with how this card turned out! What do you think?

I wish i could take credit, but I can't. I actually bought these at the bake sale at our church craft show on Saturday. Another Demonstrator made them and donated them to the bake sale, but the ladies in charge of the bake sale couldn't remember her name. (Whoever you are, if you see this, I'd love to give you credit if you'll just contact me.) Anyway, I thought they were absolutely adorable and I bought them as soon as I saw them! What do you think?
