Club Member Christmas Gifts

I made these for my club members as Christmas gifts.  So much fun to make!  They can use it as an ornament or as a tag on their favorite bag.

To make it more sturdy, I used thin white cardboard (that comes with our Designer Series Papers) as a backing.  I never throw that cardboard away!

Stamps:  Lovely Letters Alphabet.  Colors: Elegant Eggplant, Old Olive.  Designer Series Papers: Color Collection Designer Series Paper Stacks - Brights and Regals.  Accessories:  Big Shot, Labels Framelits, Flourish Designer Frames (Holiday Mini Catalog, p. 8), Decorative Label Punch, Boho Blossoms Punch, Soft Suede Taffeta Ribbon, Rhinestones.

Yes, I'm still making Christmas Cards ...

Am I the only one that waits this late?  Come on, fess up!  I can't be alone, hehe.

Here are some of the cards I'm working on today.  Colors are Pool Party and Whisper White, along with some Silver Glimmer Paper on some of the cards.

From Girly to Christmasy

As I promised when I posted yesterday's card, I made the same card today in reds and greens, to make a Christmas wreath.  I also used different embossing folders that I felt were better suited for a Christmas card.

Stamps:  None.  Colors:  Garden Green, Cherry Cobbler, Whisper White.  Accessories:  Big Shot, Floral Framelits, Delicate Doilies Sizzlit, Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder, Petals a Plenty Embossing Folder, 3/4" circle punch, Cherry Cobbler Seam Binding, Basic Pearls.

I hope you find yesterday's card and this card inspirational in learning how to use one layout to make two (or more) very different cards.

"Feeling Girly" Card

Hello stampers!  I know, I know!  It's been a while since I posted a new card.  I apologize.  There's been a lot going on, as you know from my recent posts about everything that's going on at Stampin' Up!

I don't get into a real "girly" mood too often, but for some  reason the color Pink Pirouette and the Doily sizzlit were calling my name this week, so I put them together and made this card.  I just have to say here that I am sooooooo not a doily person, but I've seen so many cute samples with that sizzlit that I just had to get it.  I am so glad I did - it's really fun!

As I sit here looking at this card, I realize it kind of looks like a Christmas wreath!  Hmmmmm...I think my next card should be this same card, but in different colors.  What do you think?
