I made this card at an event held by my 5th upline, Connie, while we were in Salt Lake City.  She had three make & takes plus a nice gift for all of her team members who were there for Convention.  I love my Stampin' Up! family.  Thanks, Connie!

I don't know about you, but I just love the Strawberry Slush and Pistachio Pudding color combination with a touch of Smoky Slate.  So soft and pretty.

Stamps:  Six-Sided Sampler.  Colors:  Pistachio Pudding, Strawberry Slush, Smoky Slate.  Accessories:  Hexagon Punch, Big Shot, Honeycomb embossing folder, Itty Bitty Shapes Punch pack, Rhinestones Jewels, Small Oval punch.

Same Flower ... Different Cards. Designer Series Paper Makes it Easy!

Creating With the "Too Kind" Stamp Set

This is a beautiful stamp set, don't you think?  It was one of the first ones on my wish list when I received the new catalog.  I made these cards for two friends; one who helped us get great seats every day at Convention and one who is going through a bit of a rough time.

DSP on this card is from the Quatrefancy Specialty paper.

DSP on this card is from the Gingham Garden pack.

I used Island indigo cardstock and Daffodil Delight seam binding on both cards.

Wondering about the sprayed look on the cards?  That's from the Gorgeous Grunge stamp set.  I didn't think I needed that set until I went to Convention.  It was one of our free sets.  I saw some beautiful samples using that set, and now I love it!

Back From Convention - With a Whole Lot of Fun Stuff

Whooooo!  Convention was OUTSTANDING!  I had a fabulous time with almost 6,000 other Demonstrators in Salt Lake City!  Here's a photo of the goodies I received from SU! and from some of my friends and uplines who brought gifts for me (thanks, ladies!)  Do you see the fabulous backpack that was our convention bag?  Love it!

Clean and Simple Christmas Card

I think this is the easiest Christmas card I've ever made, and I love it!  I love the simplicity and the clean, crisp lines.  

The stamp set and embossing folder are from the upcoming Holiday Catalog, which will be arriving in mailboxes this month - yay!  Colors are Whisper White and Cherry Cobbler.
