This is my personal blog. I am an Independent Stampin' Up! Demonstrator, and I am responsible for its content. Stampin' Up! does not endorse the use of or contents of the classes, services, or non-Stampin' Up! products I may offer here.
It's not too late to join us next weekend (Friday and/or Saturday) for this event, which is a fundraiser for the Youth Group at Lambertville UMC. Join fellow scrappers, card-makers, quilters, beaders, etc. and work on your craft while enjoying great company and food!
I'll have a booth with a free make & take (of course!)
I am in love with this new product (and I don't even have it in my hands yet)! "What is it?" you ask. Well, that depends on which of the This and That products you buy and what you do with them. It's whatever you make it! I'm getting them all (of course!) The journal (which comes with 60 printed pages) will be my "Memory Catcher," - something I can keep on my kitchen counter or other handy spot so I can grab it and make a note when something happens that I want to record (like my daughter being appointed Manager of the local radio station last week!), or where I can put that special movie ticket stub (what year did Hunger Games come out again?), what date my youngest received her black belt ... anything I want to remember about that year.
My oldest daughter will be a senior next year, and I know it's going to be a busy, busy year that will fly by in a flash. I want her to remember everything about the year - homecoming, college applications, weekend trips to check out colleges, Spring Break, prom, where she went to dinner for her 18th birthday ... everything. I'd love to say I'm going to make a "real" scrapbook, but in case that doesn't happen, I can easily use This and That to record things throughout the year as they happen, in the moment. (If I do end up making a "real" scrapbook, this will be a great reference for me! If not, it'll be a fabulous record of the year to give to her!)
The photos below show all of the This and That products. Buy the Bundle to save 15%, or buy some items individually ... the Designer Series Paper, Stickers, Journal ... all great products alone or together!

As I said, I am so excited about this product! What will YOU use it for?
As a gift for my customers who registered early for the scrapbooking event held at our church last weekend, I gave them this scrapbook layout kit. I just LOVE the mitten punch! To add texture to the mittens, I used the Square Lattice embossing folder, leaving the cuff of the mitten hanging out the side of the folder as I ran it through.
Here's a close-up of the mittens:
Stamps: None. Colors: Bashful Blue, Cherry Cobbler, Whisper White. Accessories: Snow Flurry Bigz Die for the Big Shot (Holiday Mini Catalog); Mitten Builder Punch (Holiday Mini Catalog), Square Lattice Embossing Folder, Cherry Cobbler Baker's Twine.
Order your Mitten Punch and Snow Flurry Die today (only available during the Holiday Mini Catalog period) to start creating your own cards and scrapbook pages.
I hope today's post inspires you! Enjoy, and thanks for stopping by!
Do you have summer photos that you need to get into an album? Do you have Christmas cards you need to get done (before Christmas Eve, lol)? Join us on Saturday, September 29 from 9-9 to work on your scrapbooks, cards, or whatever other projects you need to get finished. I'll be there!
Proceeds from this event will go to our church's Youth Group to help fund their annual mission trip. Bonus for my customers:Register by August 30 and you'll have a free Christmas page kit from me waiting for you at the event! (You must let me know you mailed your form by August 30).
Scrappin' Garage Sale*. Do you have scrappin' stuff you don't use? We'll be having a garage sale at the event! Rent extra table space to sell your items (you are in charge of your own sales) or, if you don't want to be bothered with selling while you're cropping, you can donate your items for the Youth Group to sell. (Price for table space for garage sale yet to be determined, so for now just let us know if you are interested.) *You must be a participating cropper in order to participate in the garage sale.
